Terms of Service

Editor's note (remove before publishing): Apple's App Store provides a default End User License Agreement (EULA) that applies if you don't supply your own. You can rely on Apple's default EULA and skip a custom one — in which case you can either delete this page or keep this lightweight version. If you provide a custom EULA, link it from App Store Connect under "App Information → License Agreement".

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Remmie mobile app and remmie.io (together, the "Service"), provided by Remmie Inc ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Remmie, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Remmie. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; to violate any law; to infringe on others' rights; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

5. Intellectual property

The Remmie name, logo, and the Service itself are owned by us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them except as expressly permitted.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
